At Glowvera, your smile means everything to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Products must be in the original packaging

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact our support team.
